   All acupuncture services are offered by a licensed practitioner in New York State. Booking and treatment policies are governed by state law and professional standards of care.

3. Booking, Cancellations & Late Arrivals

• Appointments are booked via our online platform, Jane App.

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

• Patients that no-show or cancel within 24 hours of their appointment will be charged the full fee of their appointment. 

• Patients who arrive more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment may be considered a no-show. In such cases, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and the full session fee may apply.

1. Payment
   Payment is due at the time of service. We accept standard payment methods. Please note that we do not accept insurance. Clients are responsible for submitting any receipts or paperwork to their insurance provider if they wish to seek reimbursement.
